A Chief AI Adviser on retainer for companies who do not need another strategy deck. Twenty years of advising boards, governments and business leaders, and a team that ships the thing afterwards.
What this actually is
Let us start with what we are not going to do. We are not going to show you a table comparing our fee to the €400,000 a full-time Chief AI Officer would cost, and we are not going to tell you your competitors are pulling ahead while you read this paragraph. Here is the real situation: you have a few AI ideas floating around, some pressure to do something about them, and no reliable way to tell which ones are real. That is not a crisis. That is a Tuesday.
What we do is sit on your side of the table and work it out with you. Which problems in your business are genuinely worth solving. Which of those AI is actually good at, and which would be better served by a spreadsheet and an honest conversation. What it would really take to build the ones that survive that filter. And then, if it makes sense, we build them.
The most valuable sentence an adviser can say is: do not build that. It is also the one you will never hear from someone who only gets paid to build.
Every engagement starts at your business and works toward the technology. Never the other way round. That order is the entire job.
Built for companies where someone has to own the AI question, and nobody has the time, the background, or frankly the appetite to own it alone.
How this actually goes
Four steps, and you can stop after any of them. Most people do not, but the option is real and we mean it.
Step 1
Let us teach you first
Nearly every advisory relationship we have starts with the AI Demystified masterclass. Half a day with your team. You get a working mental model of what this technology does and does not do. We get to know your business and your people. Both of us find out whether we enjoy working together before anyone signs anything longer. It is the cheapest way there is to audition an adviser.
We start from your business, not from a list of AI use cases drawn up in California. Where does work pile up? Which decisions are slow, and why? What knowledge lives in one person's head, or in four thousand PDFs nobody can search? Then we filter all of it against what these systems are genuinely good at today, and we are blunt about what they are not. You end up with a short, ranked, honest list, in language you can repeat to your board without a translator.
Step 3
Design it, then build it
Roadmap and architecture for the ideas that survived, made with you rather than presented to you. Then, if you want, our team builds them: sovereign, traceable, human in the loop, no vendor lock-in. If you would rather hand the roadmap to your own people or another supplier, it is written so that you can. That part is deliberate.
Step 4
Then we stick around
Once things are running, the relationship settles into an ongoing monthly retainer. A standing call, a hand on the tiller, and someone to phone when a vendor turns up with a demo that looks too good to be true. We keep an eye on the wider digitalisation picture too, because AI is never the only thing moving in your business, and pretending otherwise would be its own kind of bullshit.
Priced per engagement. There is no public price list because there is no standard engagement; the shape depends on where you are starting and how fast you want to move. The first conversation costs nothing, and if we are not the right fit we will tell you on it.
What you actually get
★An honest, ranked view of where AI pays off in your business, and where it plainly does not.
★A roadmap written so that any competent team could execute it, not only ours.
★Architecture and vendor decisions made with you, in language you can repeat to your board.
★Governance and traceability designed in from the start, rather than bolted on the week somebody asks for it.
★A plain reading of the EU AI Act: what touches you, what does not, and what was already due. We are advisers, not your lawyers, and we will tell you when you need one.
★Someone to call. A person, not a ticket queue.
★Where it makes sense, the build itself, from the people who designed it.
Who you actually get
Advisory here is not a well-known name on the contract and a junior on the calls. These are the people you will be dealing with.
Srdjan Kuprešanin
Founder & CEO
Twenty years of advising before AI: mergers and acquisitions across Central and Eastern Europe on transactions up to €700 million, strategy work for governments and manufacturers, and a year as Special Adviser to the Prime Minister of Serbia on energy, telecoms and infrastructure. Then he stopped advising on other people's technology and started building his own. Educated in construction engineering, applied psychology and business, which explains a great deal. Regular contributor to the UK Parliament's All-Party Parliamentary Group on the application of blockchain technology.
Luka Mirković
Business Advisory
Based in Novi Sad. Works the commercial side of every engagement: the business case, the numbers, and the awkward question of what a plan will actually cost and actually return.
Nikola Zrnić
AI Application Development Engineer
Electrical engineering graduate from the University of Vienna. Builds conversational AI agents and the operational guardrails that keep them safe to run on real business data.
James Hitchcock
Head of Development
Based in Leeds. Taught developers to build on our platform at two university hackathons in 2019, and now leads the team that turns a roadmap into running software. The person who tells you honestly how long it will take.
Behind the four of us sit around a hundred specialists we have worked with for years, and development teams across Croatia, Serbia and Montenegro. Practically, that means two things: advice can turn into a build without you starting a new vendor search, and we can afford to say "that one is outside our expertise, but we know exactly who to ask."
1 + 1 = 3. It has been written on Srdjan's CV for years, and it is the whole reason to bring in someone from outside your own building.
We did not arrive here from a bootcamp
Blockstruct built the world's first euro-backed stable token issued by a bank on a public blockchain, for Raiffeisen Bank International, and it passed an independent security audit the bank commissioned itself. We built a medicine-shortage prevention system for the Croatian Ministry of Health. We have processed more than 100,000 documents for clients at 99% accuracy. We have organised six international hackathons, including with ÖBB, Deutsche Bahn and Infineon, and we hold cooperation agreements with universities in Austria, Serbia and Montenegro.
We are a member of AI Factory Austria's AI:AT Hub, part of the €2.6 billion European AI Factory initiative. That is not a badge we bought. It is a room we are in, and a good deal of what we know about where this technology is actually heading comes from being in it.

Questions we get asked
Do we have to do the masterclass first?
No, but most do, and we would gently push you toward it. Half a day tells you more about whether you want us around than any proposal ever will.
How much of your time do we get?
That depends on where you are starting and how fast you want to move, so we scope it together on the first call rather than guess at it here. It ranges from a standing call and a hand on the tiller, to being properly embedded in your team for a stretch.
Is this just consulting with a fashionable new job title?
Fair question. The difference is that we build. A consultant's incentive ends when the roadmap is handed over; ours starts there. And because we build, we know what a plan really costs, which is why our roadmaps tend to be shorter and duller than the ones you have been shown.
We are a small company. Is this overkill?
Probably not. Some of the best returns we have seen came from companies with thirty people and one gloriously annoying manual process.
What about the EU AI Act?
It applies in full from 2 August 2026, and the AI literacy obligation in Article 4 has applied to everyone deploying AI since February 2025. We will tell you plainly what touches you, and design so that traceability is not a retrofit. For the legal opinion itself you want a lawyer, and we will say so rather than pretend otherwise.
What if you tell us we do not need AI?
Then we will have done our job, you will have spent very little, and we will have earned the call you make in two years. That trade has worked out fine so far.
